Illuminated Readings is not responsible for any decisions you make based on a reading.

2. Services Offered

Illuminated Readings provides personalized tarot card readings in the form of a video link sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Readings are recorded as a private video and sent as a clickable link.

3. Delivery of Services

Readings will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase within 2-5 days from the purchase date. Please ensure your email address is correct to avoid any delays.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Cancellations are not permitted. However, if a request to cancel your order is submitted in writing more than 24 hours prior to the delivery of your video reading, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Once your video link has been sent via email, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, including but not limited to the text, images, videos, and all intellectual property contained within your tarot reading, is the sole property of "Illuminated Readings." All content is protected by copyright law, and the owner of this content is "Illuminated Readings."

The video reading you receive is provided for your personal, private, and non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display this content for any commercial purpose without the explicit written permission of "Illuminated Readings."

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Illuminated Readings be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
